Lovely blow dry with Ellie. She really listened to what I wanted and my hair looked amazing. I don’t wash my hair very often and the style lasted the full 5-6 days I waited until the next wash. Would highly recommend, just don’t expect a luxurious experience as the salon is quite basic, but for this price in central London - can’t go wrong.

The lady that did my treatment was very good and friendly. Happy with the actual treatment. The appointment was 10 mins late (my lunch break) because of transport difficulties. I don’t mind if someone is late because of things out of their control but I was told she wasn’t ready for me yet by the receptionist not that she hadn’t arrived. Next time it might be better to give the customer the correct information. We don’t mind if we are aware of all the facts

Lovely salon, had a bit of a problem when I first got there as the therapist hadn’t turned up however they dealt with it so well and I was well looked after. Great wax I will be back
