Manicure great and fast, Ana was lovely! If it wasn't for the poorest customer service at reception, would of been a 5 star. Unfortunately, at the moment of the payment I got charged on my card the wrong amount, and got refunded the difference by cash, which was taken from the tips for the employee. I had to wait so long cause the woman was too busy talking to other customers and answering the phone instead of making up for the mistake she made and didn't even apologise looking in my eyes. So rude. I would of came back for a manicure but after this, I just wish I wasn't paying that woman wage. It's not about the money, it's about the attitude. People make the difference in a public place!!
