The booking system did not work. My appointment had changed from 10.30 to 10.45 though my therapist was ready at 10.30 the receptionist had forgotten to tell her and me so I was waiting unnecessarily for 25 minutes. Treatment was excellent. Ana-Maria was great and I would recommend her. The atmosphere in the treatment area was unprofessional. There were 4 therapists who were hanging around talking loudly in the main treatment area and were so noisy I could not hear the ghastly background music.
