I ended up having a half head of highlights because my roots weren't quite long enough for a balayage - the stylist was really good at explaining my options and the end result colourwise was exactly as I wanted.
I just had a trim really so the cut was fine! Looking forward to going back and having the balayage at some stage.

I’ve had my lashes done a lot here but unfortunately this time they’ve barely lasted a few days. I don’t feel like they were a full set as I’d paid for they weren’t as full as usual and have had a significant amount fall out after a few days.
My therapist was one I’d never had before, she was lovely but came across as inexperience and a little nervous.
There was also some arguing between members of staff.
I hope this is just a one off!
