Although my hair cut started 25 mins later than booked, the whole experience was extremely professional! I cut a large chunk of my hair as I was going to donate it to the Little Princess Trust and my hairdresser was prompt, professional and very nice. I even receive a goodie bag for my good deed. The toilets very nice and clean and they had all the choices of drinks you could imagine to enjoy while you wait. The hair wash was pleasant and water temp perfect. Had a great time - will definitely return.
