I had a challenging experience with them. Despite my best efforts to communicate my haircut preferences, the service fell short of my expectations. I even left a £5 tip, but my hair was not cut as I had envisioned, which left me quite disheartened. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a haircut; it was a terrible and disappointing experience.
Lovely manicure- really pleased and the polish has lasted well. Very peaceful environment.
