I called to say I was running five minutes late which the therapist said was fine yet she marked me as a no show although I’m not sure what that means!
She continuously asked me very personal questions which I found uncomfortable.
I have a half leg wax and bikini often but always at another location and whilst it’s a similar set up, it’s a much smoother process. I felt she wasn’t pulling the wax properly and there are ripped hairs as opposed to pulled hairs around the top of my thighs.
