Was having my nails done there for my wedding. Turned up to my appointment only to be told the girl had left. Nobody bothered to contact me to let me know. Awful. Don’t go.
Ella is attentive and shows great care I’m looking after my nails. Her nail design work is beautiful and she’s so pleasant to chat to. The Eleven hairdresser hairstylists are also so polite and have excellent customer service.
Disappointing. Poor hygiene - both employees and customers not wearing masks. Room was dingey back room filled with clutter and looked to be used as storage room. Therapist did not leave room to get undressed. Treatment advertised as “hot wax” but STRIP wax used throughout - very painful. Poor English spoken by therapist. Charged additional £5 after treatment.. I am still unclear why! Salon accepts cash only.
