Was my first time at the salon and my therapist Wendy made sure I had a comfortable experience, even switching on AC for me bc it was pretty toasty inside. I hadn't done waxing in a while so I knew it would be painful but knowing this she adjusted her practice to minimise the pain. Also pleasant and easy conversation!
