I've been getting waxes in London for the past 7 years and this is one of the best I've had. Dorothy was so welcoming, putting me at ease right away. She is evidently extremely experienced in using hot wax, and I was in extremely capable hands. She was also just so lovely to chat to as well. I'll definitely be back for my next appointment.

I mentioned that I have been experiencing allergic reactions to Silkepil and they called me the next day to check that the wax hadn’t created the same problem. I really appreciated the follow up call and the fact that they cared. (All was fine by the way!)
