Had a bikini wax with Lucy (who is wonderfully warm and puts you right at ease) - the only things to flag that were different to the bikini wax experiences I've had elsewhere is firstly no disposable knickers options and also after the wax treatment I'm used to the beautician tending to the waxed area with soothing ointment but on this occasion I was left to use these products myself. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning to set expectations :)

This was my first time here but I’ve had quite a few waxes at other places. Wendy was lovely and very chatty which is good to keep you distracted from the pain, although it really wasn’t too painful. Very quick and efficient. Would recommend

The treatment was ok, unfortunately not very thorough. The wax was too hot and the procedure painful, as it usually isn’t.
