I had Nicole do my Hollywood wax, she was really friendly and patient with me, and very efficient with making sure all the hair is gone! The receptionist was very nice too and welcoming

I have been going to Ambience for many years to see Wendy and more recently Emmeline for Caci. Emmeline is very skilled and professional. The treatment feels both relaxing and effective at the time and afterwards. Ambience is a friendly and very clean venue. Recommended!
