Carmen is an extremely professional and knowledgeable therapist. She explains each step of the process and why it will be beneficial for my skin. She is also pleasant and caring, making facials with her a relaxing experience. I strongly recommend visiting her for facial treatments.

This was my first time here, and I planned on getting Dermaplaning as I had read it can help with acne. However, I ended up not being able to have the treatment due to some active spots on the skin - this is worth knowing for anyone considering the treatment. However, Carmen couldn’t have been more professional. She didn’t want to risk any spreading of bacteria and so concluded the Dermaplaning wouldn’t be right for me this time. Instead, she offered a chemical peel and this was a really brilliant treatment to have instead. Very relaxing and felt great on the skin. Carmen was very understanding and knowledgable and really put me at ease. I will be returning again for Dermaplaning/Microneedling once my acne has been sorted. Thanks so much, Carmen.

Carmen is honestly just amazing & well knowledgeable. The best ever. She knows exactly what she’s doing and takes great care of your skin as though it is her own. I can’t wait to see the results of this treatment but I’m already ready to go back for more!
