Carmen was so lovely and explained step by step what products she was using and the purpose of this. She really helped me understand my skin type and what I need to do moving forward to maintain it. Carmen utilised the full hour to deep clean my skin. My skin looks glowing and radiant and I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. The salon/clinic is one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to and I definitely felt like I was receiving a luxury treatment! Thanks Carmen!

Carmen was really accommodating when I had to change my appointment time on more than one occasion. My skin feels great, she explained the steps of the facial and gave me some recommendations for what will help my dehydrated skin.
