The first time I did my Hollywood Waxing here I had a really good experience. Although, this time it was very disappointing. I was taken to four different rooms and it felt very improvised. I then had a lady doing my waxing who was totally inexperienced yet told me she had done all of it before. She was pulling the wax so spelt that I thought I was being tortured. I had to ask to get another person to do the job and they were very nice. After that I was treated well.
