Sana was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Flexible in the treatment as well. The place it self was not pleasant at all, not a spa feeling. It was dirty and I didn’t enjoy the products used. There was an incident as well which Sana didn’t handle well, didn’t feel professional at all. She didn’t take card payments, you have to sit there and transfer money afterwards. I didn’t receive a recipe, even though I asked. Horrible experience, sad that it was on my birthday as well. Last time I visit Beauty by Sana and Treatwell.

The service was amazing. I felt really relaxed and left the shop not even feeling the pain I had felt beforehand. Warming oils were used and it really made my back feel better. Will be going back for a full body☺️
