I am very sad to be writing this but I think I would have wanted to know what to expect. The stylist answered a phone call during my waxing and continued to wax my eyebrow with one hand which was very unprofessional. She also didn't ask what shape i wanted and when I tried to show her a photo she didn't even look at it. With the pandemic, I think it is important to say that the stylist spoke openly about flaunting a self isolation notification she got from the NHS app which was worrying

Wonderful visit, couldn’t recommend more highly! Harriet was really friendly as well as giving a brilliant pedi, and the other staff were all very welcoming and friendly too.
The bubbles were a welcome addition, all very good value for money. Will definitely be back for a pedi again and likely other treatments too ☺️
