I arrived at the salon today after booking a Swedish massage, an hour before arrival, with Philip. When I arrived at the salon, the girl on the reception went to inform Philip that he had a client in for a massage. I heard him huff and sigh and say ‘when did they book in I didn’t have anyone earlier’ and then huff again, the girl at the reception then said ‘you can do this’. This just made me feel uncomfortable and not wanted at the salon before my treatment even began.
