Be prepared to be kept waiting. I regularly come here cause of convenience of location, however I have never had an appointment start on time. Often my appointment times have been changed which I’m happy to work with but often I’m kept waiting for longer than it takes to sort my brows! Often I’ve not been greeted when I walk in and the staff can initially feel ignorant. However once you get going they’re all very friendly and I’ve always had good treatments.
