Most people working there were nice, polite and understanding. You could clearly tell staff had each others back. However, mindfulness about pandemic is essential. Meaning, if you have staff working who have flu and are actively caughing, it would be polite to ask them to wear a mask or notify your customer about it prior. General mindfulness about customers sensitivity towards pandemic would be nice.
