The facial was beautiful and the whole experience was extremely relaxing. They even offered us both a glass of Prosecco when we arrived as they had to reschedule our appointments. However the only negative I would say is my treatment was supposed to come with a head, shoulder, neck, foot and hand massage. But I only received a shoulder and neck massage. My partner received a head massage as well but I did not. Both of us were looking forward to the hand and foot massages which was a shame.

It’s a very bubbly place and the all the therapists are very welcoming. Emma C is very lovely and my nails turned out wonderful.
