Lovely and friendly, the technician was incredibly welcoming and professional. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained the BIAB process in detail, including its benefits over traditional gel polish. It was reassuring to learn that BIAB is not only designed to strengthen the natural nails but also promotes nail growth while offering long-lasting results.
The cleanliness and setup of the salon were also worth noting.
