The wax treatment I get is always great however every time I go there I have had my appointment run late due to staff running late or something to that effect. I had an appointment at 10am the other day, when I arrived the place was closed shutters down, I had to wait outside in the cold for the person to open up the salon, she was apologetic once we got inside I was then told that the lady doing my treatment was also running late. The previous time to this I was sat waiting for 15mins past my appointment time I had to go and find a member of staff to ask what was going on, she told me she would be done in 10minutes with another client so I had to re-arrange the appointment as I didn’t have time.
Treatments are always fine but management and time keeping definitely need to be addressed.
