Very nice facial! Only recommendation to management would be to improve soundproofing of the treatment rooms / turn the music down in reception as I could hear dance music playing in the background which was a shame. Otherwise a very relaxing experience.

Really enjoyed my facial! Nice place and treatment. I wasn’t offered a hand/foot/head massage though which was a bit disappointing, and I had to wait 15 mins when I arrived so the facial only lasted 45 mins instead of the full hour. It would also have been nice to have the products used in the facial explained to me beforehand. Other than that though a lovely experience :)
