Staff were very friendly. Even though the facial was really soothing unfortunately the ambience was tarnished with a loud ticking clock which was so loud it could be heard over the music. Fortunately it was quiet in the salon itself however when other customers came in I could hear them over the music and from the treatment room.
In addition the service description stated that the facial masque would be applied whilst enjoying a head, hand or foot massage which was one of the main reasons for booking here. However I was not given this option during my facial, and I was just given a head massage and therefore coming out with oily hair, when I would of preferred a hand massage if that had been offered.
