I really enjoyed my experience here. The service was speedy, but didn't feel rushed, making it the perfect lunch time treat. My technician was really friendly and I would definitely come back again.
Firstly, the salon changed my appointment time and I was notified only via email - no text or phone call. I arrived there on time for my original scheduled appointment, and I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come at the Reception desk. There were other customers already waiting, and the Reception desk was empty. First impression - not very good. Toilets were very dirty, there was no soap left, one dirty towel and ... an un-flushed poo... On top of this, the actual massage was just average, and it was very hard to relax, as the music in the main salon was overtaking the relaxation music in the massage room. The therapist was so-so, she didn't make much conversation and did not look like she was giving it 100%. I don't think I will be returning, it's not what I thought it would be, so it was a bit of a let-down.
