I have been a customer with this salon for over a year but unfortunately I won’t be going back. I arrived 10 minutes late for treatments including manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I was told they were unable to do the pedicure due to me being late. This is understandable but they refused to offer me a refund or another time for the appointment in a few weeks. Treatwell even contacted the salon as they said this isn’t in their policy and the manager refused. Awful customer service - I wouldn’t bother with them.
