The staff were friendly and the environment was nice. It was lovely to receive a complimentary drink. Unfortunately my nails weren’t as I’d expected, I asked for no length to be taken off and just a clean up on shape (round). I ended up with very short nails all different shapes (some square, some round). The top coat was clearly running out but the technician used it anyway, leaving my nails after two days looking dirty at the edges. The only positive is that the technician did a great job of cutting my cuticles. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
