First ever facial which was wonderful- great variety of areas massaged within this treatment including scalp, shoulders, neck and arms. Skin felt very soft after and Hayley provided good advice on how best to manage my skin type.

The temperature of the wax was a little too hot and I wasn’t asked whether it was okay or not, however the treatment overall was very satisfactory.
The staff are very welcoming.
