The staff were nice enough but the ambiance was not that great. There was a bar in the pedicure room and there was a pretty distinct party vibe. I'm sure it is fun for a hen do but it wasn't a very relaxing feel.
Also, the pedicure set up isn't great in general, they don't have a spot to rest your feet so you have to put them in the pedicurist's lap, which is kind of awkward and uncomfortable. The manicurist made a bunch of my cuticles bleed so that wasn't great either. And they only had about 20 color choices for a regular mani (not gel).
Any one of these things I would have been fine with but all of them together made the treatment not that great of an experience overall.
