When I first entered I was told to wait on the sofas by the door and then later greeted by a staff member who had been talking the whole time she could’ve served me as I was the only customer waiting. I was mostly disappointed with the quality of my leg waxing, I paid £15 to have wax stuck onto my leg and the therapist trying to rip it off multiple times because she’d done it wrong. I then after the service was left with so much hair that could’ve easily been removed left on my leg. I was very unhappy with this overall service

Lovely visit - a bit delayed to start but it seemed everyone arrived at once so I didn't mind. Technicians were lovely and chatty and there was a great range of colours.
