Awful brow wax - didn’t ask me how I like them shaped, didn’t check temperature of wax or anything. Lay down and the wax was instantly put on. Luckily my brows haven’t turned out too bad, but there’s lots of stray hairs on the top of one brow that’ll need plucking, and they’re a bit uneven. Staff member herself was lovely, and the place itself was clean and nice, but I wouldn’t go back.
