The staff weren't particularly welcoming and always seems preoccupied by something else. The survey for my facial was very limited. It didn't ask what type of skin I had and the facial itself didn't really reflect a 'prescriptive facial'. There was one question by the therapist beforehand and then the facial started. she didn't stop to really consult me about it. I didn't feel much thought was put into what products to use either. For a good ten minutes she just moved my skin around after the lotion had absorbed, I don't think stretching my skin like that is helpful. I could have done the same or better at home. The shoulder massage was good though.
With my eyebrows, they have turned out fine however the therapist actually took a layer of skin off my upper eye lip. i thought i was just sensitive but now have a scab sooo... no wonder I actually flinched throughout (I usually don't).
Also I didn't get a glass of bubbly at all. It was never offered as an option.
The therapist also had to apologise for still speaking in a raised voice when entering the therapy room. People should not be having to yell at each other whilst in a salon which is meant to be calm.
If you want cheap and cheerful fine, probably for getting your nails done but I won't be going back.
