I’ll start with the good part, the staff is lovely, she keep on asking if I want a drink, I only wanted a decent manicure. However, I cannot be more dissatisfied. I really don’t know why I paid the extra £7.5, they haven’t even made sure the fallout was taken off before the nail polish was applied, no cuticle oil was used whatsoever, I have bits of nail coming of under the polish. I’m just really disappointed.
