Poor atmosphere, was waiting at desk for ages whilst therapists looked on from their break room. Wasn’t asked what style/shape nails I wanted. Overall pretty unprofessional and I wouldn’t use again.

This was possible the worst saloon I have ever visited. The staff seem more interested in talking to each other and planning a party than actually attending to customers. My technician was so busy she actually forgot to ask me what colour I wanted on nails. In addition this is the strangest removal of shellac I’ve also every had. A hot bowl of acetone that you have to breathe in the fumes of and dries out your hands leaving them covered in white residue. Also was not offered the “complimentary” glass of Prosecco.
