The description of the treatment I booked was misleading. I had booked for a CND Vinylux pedicure but this turned out to be standard nail polish. The therapist kindly said I could change to gel which was appreciated. They offered me a glass of Prosecco but they failed to mention that this would be added to the bill, along with another “top-up” they gave me. I wasn’t 100% happy with my pedicure as one nail was left matte and not glossy like the rest of them.
