The nail technician was really lovely and chatty, my manicure was good. However, quite a unique experience occurred when I was passed a pair of clippers and asked to cut down my own nails due to health and safety, fair enough but something I had never come across before in my 6 years of getting regular manicures! Also when I entered the salon there was no one on reception and no one acknowledged me, I waited five minutes gave up and sat down, In total I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time, the technician advised they were only given 30 mins per manicure so they were running over. The staff in general seemed quite over stretched, running between doing nails, putting on brow dye and prepping for waxes all at the same time. The bubbles were good and my technician was friendly but probably won’t return.
