Well intentioned staff but atmosphere at times unprofessional. Nail treatments left feeling painful due to excessive cuticle removal and toes cut down very short. Manicure started to peel after 3 days which is very unusual for a gel manicure. Staff very kind but at times made me feel like I was just a background feature rather than a paying customer.

Very disappointed with the service here. Was not offered a glass of bubbly despite this being included in the service I booked. Nails looked ok but only lasted around a week. Not worth the price paid and I certainly wouldn’t visit again
