Well intentioned staff but atmosphere at times unprofessional. Nail treatments left feeling painful due to excessive cuticle removal and toes cut down very short. Manicure started to peel after 3 days which is very unusual for a gel manicure. Staff very kind but at times made me feel like I was just a background feature rather than a paying customer.
