I had to make quite a late appointment due to work. Everyone was still upbeat and lovely and so helpful. It just had a lovely welcome atmosphere and if I'm ever in Manchester again, I'll definitely stop by!

I had assumed that hollywood waxing means being in a LOT of pain, but i was completely proven wrong. Hayley was so, so lovely and understanding during the process. She ensured that I was in as little pain as possible. I was in very little pain throughout the process. If you’re worried about getting a Hollywood wax and want to be in as little pain as possible, I would recommend going here and asking for Hayley!
