I paid for an hour facial and just realised it only lasted 45 mins... had a very quick massage but didn’t really been ask where I wanted it. Staff was lovely and friendly but spending 35£ and having only 45 minutes treatment is not that great. Would have been a regular if the time was respected. Lovely staff but could have done it at home...
