My first time getting a Hollywood wax (the only waxing I've had before had been for my legs), I was admittedly a little nervous when I first arrived. However, Laura quickly put my mind at ease. She explained the procedure to me, maintenance and after care. The procedure itself did hurt a little, but the pain was minimal. Laura was absolutely amazing and was able to keep me distracted throughout and we had a laugh in the meantime. I'd definitely recommend anyone (pro or newbie) to see Laura! Xx
