I feel the person who did my eyebrow waxing may have been less experienced. Wax felt not too warm and did not go on smoothly and not much pressure was applied with strips once I have arrived home I notice quite a few stray hairs left. Sadly disappointed due to price I hoped for better service. Overall wax shape is okay but will have to pluck stray hairs myself. Shame because it seemed like a welcoming business. But feels like I only got half a service.

Great venue although the dance music from the main room could be heard in the treatment room which was a little distracting. Harriet was great and I felt very comfortable with her :)

Really pleased with my brows, it didn't hurt as much as I expected it would and I'm baby with pain! Very happy with how they turned out and the salon was lovely! I think I may have caught my beauty therapist on a bad day, he seemed quite down and I felt like a bit of a nuisance being there and felt a bit awkward. But I have no hard feelings because Sundays are a bit rubbish sometimes! I'll definitely be back despite that because I really like my new eyebrows.
