He was very rough with the tools for removal and didn't want to take time to do it carefully or properly, So even after the removal I still had bits of gel on my nails. He them proceeded to butcher my cuticles with cutters and pushing them back with such force it made my eye water. And I could have ignored all of that if then he did not paint my nails as if he was in the dark. It was blotchy, bumpy,uneven.No base or top coat.I would not send my client home with nails like that.

Hayley was amazing, very professional & made me feel comfortable.
Waxing was pain free, quick and thorough. Spray tan was also great, looking forward to seeing the results.
