Had eye lash extensions for the very first time. Staff were very friendly and put me at ease. Loved the results of my eyelashes and even gave me a blanket when I was asleep on the chair :)
I'm definitely going back to get a top up done and excellent value for money!

Regularly get my eyelashes done here and they always come out perfect. This time I got my eyelashes done was possibly the worst experience I've ever had. Very painful and unprofessional experience. Treatment was very rushed as she was behind schedule and had two more people to go to, there was glue in and around my eyes and on the tips of the eyelashes where she wasn't careful and was rushing. Couldn't open my eyes for about 30 minutes because of the burning and stinging of the chemicals in my eyes. Eyes were bloodshot red for three days straight and very painful to blink. Not to mention now that my eyes have settled they are two different lengths on both eyes which looks ridiculous so now have to go and get them removed and pay to get them done again.

I got my eyebrow tinted rather than waxed. The value was ok however the tint only lasted a few before it all faded. My eyebrows looked a bit too thick as she didn't follow my natural eyebrow shape but all in all the service was great.

Amazing! I've been looking for a great service to the standard I am used to and it has been many lost eyelashes through my search, but I am so glad that I finally found a place! Very well put eyelash extension, exactly the look I want with mixed 2D-4D to give natural look without harming eyelashes. Impressed with the work! Looking forward to going back and probably getting also the rest of my beauty procedures done there! Just speechless!
