Staff are so friendly and very professional. I was 100% happy with my results. Super clean wax! In fact i loved the service so much i even took a massage before i left. That was amazing too. Almost fell asleep haha

While I was very happy with the fact that I was fit in last minute, and loved the results of my wax, I found a few things to be a bit unprofessional. The beautician stayed in the room while I changed before and after my wax and checked her phone a few times during. I'm pretty easy going so I didn't let it bother me but I found it a little odd compared to other salons I have been to.
