When I arrived I was told to strip my previous colour myself while I waited for the manicurist to finish with someone else. Manicure tools were used so roughly that my thumb bled. Fingers were sore the next day and two days later, several of my fingers were pink and swollen, I actually thought I might get an infection. I was too uncomfortable at the time to challenge the techniques used, as this was only my second time having a manicure and the manicurist was bossy and intimidating - I did not feel I could ask for a gentler treatment. Will not return!

Great nails, especially for the price. She really painted every bit of my nails which are super short (which I loved), as this never happens anywhere else. Polish not as thick as I would have hoped. Helped a lot with colour choice and really did a great job with the treatment before colour.
