This was not the first time that I have been to this salon, but unfortunately this experience was not like the previous visits. Alana was overbooked and in a bit of a rush so, attention to detail was missing. The waxing was painful and I even got a bruise (not as easy task as I am a dark skinned Black woman. Alana is always friendly so I may be back, (after I heal), but will try other salons for a little while
