I had a mixed experience here. First the good: even though I was a bit shy (it was my first ever body wrap), Alina put me at ease and was professional and friendly. However, the eyebrow wax I got was disappointing - it's a real shame as she was actually really meticulous and spent ages on them. But there was a huge chunk missing from my right brow afterwards! She was apologetic, but personally, I'd stay away from the brow service.
