As a Bleach Blonde I asked for Light tint natural shape brows - they put on Pitch Black dye and made the brows suuuper thick (the width of 3 of my brows), the assistant who did this doesnt speak a word of English. (Also they were speaking other languages between the staff and customers, nobody there was speaking English, so rude) They then spent about 20 mins scrubbing my face hard with chemicals trying to get the colors out as it does not suit a bleach blonde scandi to have Frida Khalo brows. Still the brows look PITCH BLACK, literally cant leave my house.
After all this they gave me NO DISCOUNT!! Shocked. Never going back.

It was a good salon and Daniella was very efficient - I just got home and found a line of hair that was missed. That happens sometimes so I would try again to see.
