The staff were professional, but not that friendly. There was no music so it was 2.5 hours of silence. I had to peel off a bit of shellac residue from under and around my nails when I got home. After I did that I really like the results. So I'd give it a firm 3.5* review. It was fine. Not a luxurious experience.

Upon my arrival my therapist was bright and friendly but wasn’t too sure what treatment she was giving me - I had to specify. Whilst the salon itself was lovely the spa chair and pedicure basin looked a bit dubious - as the therapist wasn’t sure what I was having I’m not certain it was fully sanitised prior to my arrival.
I felt the treatment was quite rushed - it didn’t feel that different to a regular pedicure I’d get anywhere else and didn’t feel ‘luxury’ or worth the price uplift. The shellac job was okay but not the best I’ve had and the curing lamp was placed carelessly and irregularly - oftentimes burning my toes. I had to ask for the spa chair to be put on, which the therapist did apologise for. Considering I was the first or second appointment of the day I didn’t understand why what was supposed to take 1hr 30mins was shoved into roughly 50 mins. The staff are lovely but I would appreciate a bit more care and courtesy if I came again - it’s free, which my treatment wasn’t!

when I arrived no one was there, but I called the number and Alina came back from home to do my last lift and tint. she even did a eyebrow tint at a discount to apologise for the mix up. Very happy with the results and will definitely be back

Really happy with my lashes. Have had them for a week now and there’s been no tangling, no excessive shedding etc. Alina definitely knows what she’s doing
